Okozah offers a 180 day refund policy.

A full-refund will be given for any pinstripe made in the wrong size or color. Those refunded items do not need to be returned.

Returns: Any item may be returned for a refund. Item must be returned in a brand new, unused condition. Customers are responsible for return shipping cost. Tracking numbers must be used to confirm delivery. A 20 percent restocking fee will be deducted from the original items price. We do not refund original mailing cost.

Refunds will not be given: 1) Once the pinstripe has been removed from the backing. 2) Once the pinstripe is applied. 3) Is no longer needed. 4) Once the shipping service has marked a package as successfully delivered. 5) If items are not returned to us in a brand new, unused condition.

Shipping: We do not refund items or shipping cost due to late delivers. All shipping times are estimated not guaranteed. We do not refund items damaged in shipping. We are not responsible for any unforeseen shipping issues.

Exchanges: We accept exchanges. Item must be returned in a brand new, unused condition. Customers are responsible for return shipping cost. Tracking numbers must be used to confirm delivery. A 20 percent restocking fee will be deducted from the original items price. We do not refund original mailing cost.

Refunds: Refunds are given as money-back. Refunds will be issued to the same original method of payment used to purchase the item. Refunds will only be processed when we have verified the issue with the item. We will notify you through email to let you know if the refund was approved or not. Approved refunds will be given on the day of verification. Refund processing times may vary depending on your credit card issuer or financial institution. It can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund. If more than 15 business days have passed since we had approved your refund, please contact us.

The 180 day refund policy begins on the date that the tracking number shows the item was delivered.
